30 Day Return Policy:
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a refund or a store credit voucher.
How to Submit a Return Request:

Please contact us ASAP within 30 days of receiving your products to inform us of any product issues via support@allaura.com.au so we can assist with any returns or quality issues.
Return Conditions:
- Items must not have been worn and must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Tags and packaging must be in good condition.
- If there is evidence of the product being worn, altered (including cutting fibre or lace), or if tags/packaging are removed or damaged, your return will not be processed and will be returned at your expense.
- Only unopened wig cap packs and bottled products can be returned/refunded..
Additional Conditions:
- Original postage charges are non-refundable unless the goods are proven to be faulty.
- Return postage charges are at the customer's expense unless the goods are proven to be faulty.
- Differences in color from the photos displayed on the website do not classify as a fault, as variations may occur due to different fiber batches, flash photography, computer screen resolutions, and color settings. We take all care to reflect the colors as accurately as possible.
- Store credit may not be redeemed for cash, and items purchased using store credit may not be returned for a refund.
Please note that Allaura is not responsible for shipping times or delays via Australia Post or DHL. Postage refunds are not accepted for delivery delays.
If these requirements are not satisfied, Allaura reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for returned items.
Our store-wide policy provides you with additional benefits beyond those under Australian Consumer Law. All returned products are evaluated thoroughly before a final decision is made.

If you have received a faulty item we would love to fix the problem quickly for you.
Please get in touch with us about any fault ASAP once you receive the item - contact with us must be within 30 days of delivery date. After that time we cannot offer any replacements and warranties are not in place.
